Albuquerque, Nm. (August 8, 2024) – Encantado Technical Solutions, LLC announces the promotion of Phillip Lopez to General Manager. Previously, he led multiple geographically dispersed portfolios as an operations manager.
In his new role, Lopez will oversee Encantado’s 7-year, $700M National Technology and Engineering Solutions of Sandia, LLC (NTESS) contract at Sandia National Laboratories. Leading a high performing staff of over 500, performing full scope IT to include end user support, networking & telephony, and application development, he will spearhead strategic leadership to drive customer mission success, growth targets, operational excellence with a particular emphasis on team satisfaction and professional development.

Lopez brings over a decade of experience optimizing service delivery for federal clients, consistently designing and implementing scalable solutions that support our customers’ missions. As a graduate of Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership, Lopez possesses a strong foundation in leading curious and collaborative teams towards achieving organizational goals.
Lopez is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds certifications in various IT Service Management (ITSM) methodologies, including ITIL and Agile.
