PD744 Computer Security Systems Architect
Encantado Technical Solutions is currently seeking Computer Security Systems Architect to support an IT Managed Services program for the Department of Energy.
Tasks:
Serves as an Architect and Computer Security Systems Specialist III that require a breadth of knowledge and experience with multiple applications such as Box, Webex, GitHub and Overleaf. Possesses extensive, authoritative knowledge and deep experience in Cyber Security. Meets with customers to determine information systems requirements and uses professional concepts to incorporate these requirements into solutions that may be commercial-off-the-shelf, open source, or internally developed domain options and interfaces with the center director to maintain the elements of the security plans for the center and lead development of standards, architectural governance, design patterns and practices. Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels that perform similar or related tasks. Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship. Working with Cyber security as the liaison between Cyber and the line organization. Assists the line in clarifying CS policies and procedures. Develop technical solutions for cyber security issues.
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and customer service skills including the ability to work with upper management. Demonstrates ability to work autonomously with limited supervision. Work habits which show attention to detail. Strong experience in Windows system administration (desktops) and troubleshooting (system setup, account management, backup/restore, network printers, application installation and peripheral installation). Demonstrates excellence written communications skills. Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE security clearance.
