PD612 Configuration Management Specialist
Encantado Technical Solutions is currently seeking Configuration Management Specialist to support an IT Managed Services program for the Department of Energy. The overall program includes a 500+ work force performing Enterprise IT support, Service Desk, and Telecommunications support across multiple facilities and locations. The Configuration Management Specialist will provide on-site and related support services for classified and unclassified telecommunications and information technology (IT) systems for National Technology and Engineering Solutions of Sandia (NTESS) with a workforce of approximately 14,000 personnel.
Requirements:
- Provide configuration management planning. Describe provisions for configuration indentification, change control, configuration status accounting, and configuration audits. Regulate the change process so that only approved and validated changes are incorporate into product documents and related software.

Skills Req:
ITIL, CM Certification
Experience establishing and maintaining program and project management technical data repositories tracking Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Problem Reports (PRs), Requests for Waivers (RFWs), Requests for Deviations (RFDs), Specification Change Notices (SCNs), Notice of Revisions (NORs), and other configuration item data and requests.
