Encantado Technical Solutions is currently seeking a Videoconference Support Technician to support an IT program for the Department of Energy at Sandia National Laboratories.

Statement of work:

Integrated Video Solutions, IVS, NM and CA Support Teams 085511 (NM)

The Subcontractor shall work with the SDR, Sandia-delegated representative, to design, install, maintain, and support enterprise video collaboration and conference rooms, which provide secure and reliable video and audio conferencing with screen-sharing capabilities in both classified and unclassified environments. Subcontractor shall provide Video production and editing support in both classified and unclassified environments and provide onsite Auditorium live event support. In addition, the Subcontractor will provide digital media streaming, editing and conversion of AV media files to be included in media online environments for archival and retrieval for later viewing.

Tasks:

• Secure Videoconference meeting setup support within the DOE/NNSA Enterprise Secure Network and DoD Secure Network Environments
• Videoconference and Skype & Microsoft Teams system training support
• Videoconference and AV Systems support, installation and maintenance
• Live Events, Video Production, Recording and Presentation Streaming in both Auditorium and Conference room Environments.
• Set up and breakdown for video streaming events when needed
• Operate production equipment (camera, mic, mixer, etc.) in various onsite auditoriums
• Operate computer field recorders and support DMO team as needed
• Directly interact with customers during live streaming and auditorium events, and large VTC and Teams meetings
• Work effectively with team members and independently with minimal supervision

Encantado Technical Solutions (ETS) is an unpopulated Small Business Administration-approved mentor-protégé joint venture between Edgewater Federal Solutions, Inc. and ECS Federal, LLC. ETS is bolstered by second-tier subcontractors Information International Associates (IIA) and Amentum. ETS provides comprehensive enterprise and mission-embedded IT support for the $400 – $700 million Third-Party Telecommunications and Information Technology Support Services contract at Sandia National Laboratories.
