PD613 Network Technician II
Encantado Technical Solutions is currently seeking Network Technician II to support an IT Managed Services program for the Department of Energy. The overall program includes a 500+ work force performing Enterprise IT support, Service Desk, and Telecommunications support across multiple facilities and locations. The Network Technician II will provide on-site and related support services for classified and unclassified telecommunications and information technology (IT) systems for National Technology and Engineering Solutions of Sandia (NTESS) with a workforce of approximately 14,000 personnel.
Requirements:
- Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), cloud networks, servers, and other data communications networks. Perform network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption.
Education: AA, Years of Experience: 3
Skills Req:
Strong understanding of Data Center Consolidation(DCC)
Ability to interrupt architecture configuration drawings, strong computer skills. Troubleshooting assistance and recommendations regarding performance and completion of backup/restore processes
